The candidate will be responsible for conducting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing condition assessments in City-owned buildings. The selected candidate will assess and evaluate the buildings performance including energy usage, HVAC equipment, fire protection components, and the buildings overall code compliance, sustainability and resiliency, etc., and outline immediate and potential problem areas so that informed decisions can be made, and priorities can be set. Candidate will record existing conditions; provide code, local laws, and energy analysis and prepare facility assessment reports suitable for sponsor budget planning purposesPlease note: All candidates must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States (U.S.). Requirements

1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in civil engineering and one year of full-time satisfactory experience in civil engineering work; or2. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and a Master's degree from an accredited college in civil engineering. Experienced (non-manager)
